Prices
Prices correct at time of going to print. We will endeavour to make sure this price list is up to date but the prices do change which our beyond our control. Please confirm all prices at time of order.
VAT
Listed prices do not include VAT. Invoices show VAT separately.
Minimum order
Our minimum order charge for delivery will be £25.00 [free delivery for orders over £150.00]. Orders collected from main depot have no minimum charge.
Shortage or damage
All shortage and all goods delivered in a damaged condition must be shown on all goods received notes. Also they must be reported to the main office in writing, with evidence within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
Carriage
All goods with an order value of £150.00 or below will be subject to a delivery charge. All orders over £150.00 will be sent out on a next day delivery [for stocked items] to any UK mainland address free of charge. Union inks sent direct will be charged at union inks carriage charge. All orders requested for earlier deliveries will be subject to charge without notice [for delivery charge prices please call our sales office]
Opening hours
Monday -> Friday 08.30am – 5.30pm production finishes at 3pm every day
Digital products
All digital products including cartridges are not returnable once ordered. Please confirm that the cartridge is correct for the machine at time of order. If any problems please call our office. There is a charge in returning cartridges.
Late payments
All late payments may incur a late payment charge on the invoice, this is automated by our system when over credit limit or out of credit terms.
Credits
If you have been wrongly priced for a product, please inform our sales office to arrange a credit. Please do not make a smaller payment and not notifying the office as we will still chase for the full payment.
Conditions
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the buyer.
Acceptance of delivery of goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions
Any variation of these terms and conditions [including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties] shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing from the seller.
Samples
Samples are available upon request. Subject to stock. Subject to the following.
0-200gram samples = £10.00 Delivery = £7.50
Returns
No goods to be returned to the company without permission of the sales/ office manager. All returned goods [at customer choice] will be subject to a 10% handling fee.
Specification
The information in all company literature is for guidance only and all products should be tested before any production is carried out. All goods are offered in good faith but without guarantee. It is the users responsibility to carry out all testing under production condition to check for correct use, as printing and cleaning conditions are constantly changing.
Health and safety
Please refer to the correct technical and health and safety information before using any of our companies products.
Trading terms
Terms are either 30 or 60 days end of month. We require payment on the first couple of order for new customers. A credit check will be done on your company when applying for a credit account.
Orders
All orders should be received by 2pm for a next day delivery, we cannot guarantee after this time. Subject to stock.
Stock
All goods will be delivered within an agreed time by our sales office. Colour matching requires minimum of 3 days. Subject to problems beyond companies control and stock levels.
Debt collection
Ad colour Ltd use a debt collection company to chase for outstanding balances on any of our customer accounts. This is an automated process and you will be notified before it happens. Our debt collection process is; we will put the account on stop at the 5th of the month; on the 15th a debt collection letter will be sent to you. On the 25th your whole account will be passed on to our debt collectors who will now be in control when chasing for money.
