COLORADO ECO WHITE AD-TEX10

Plastisol ink suitable to print on t-shirt, sweater, etc. Suitable for background.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Highly opaque
  • Good printability
  • Fast drying with IR lamps
  • High washing resistance at 60°C

PREPARATION

Ready to use. Check the viscosity according to the job.

PRINTING

To obtain best results use screens 34-90  threads/cm both for manual printing and automatic.

POLIMERIZATION

Using flash-dryers the printing process will be easier. We recommend to regulate the time of the flash according to the power of the flash cure unit , the distance, printing type and thickness of the surface.

To obtain washing resistance put in the oven at 160°C for 2-3 minutes. 

ADDITIVES

PLAST ADDITIVO UP, to obtain puff effect (add 20% max)
PLAST ADDITIVO 86, to reduce viscosity, to increase brightness (add 5% max)
PLAST ADDENSANTE 740, to increase viscosity (add 0,1% 4 hours before the use)
PLAST ADDITIVO 378, to improve printability (add 2% max)
PLAST ADDITIVO 24, to reduce viscosity and improve the printability (add max 1-2% max)

CLEANING

Wash tools with white spirit.

PACKING

7– 25 KG.

Discharge Inks

 

TEXPRINT DISCHARGE BASE

Code: AM100609

Water based product for textile discharge printing, suitable for cotton dyed with dischargeable pigments.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • It contains fillers on the formulation that permits to obtain discharge effect even on facric partially dischargeable.
  • Wet on wet printing

PREPARATION

Prepare only the quantity needed for daily use:

- Texprint discharge base grms. 1.000

- Colorante (pigment) grms. 0.050

- Texprint discharge corrodente grms. 0.050

The mixed paste has a stability of 12 hours. CORRODENTE has to be added always at the last. The percentage of CORRODENTE can be increased up to max 10%. 

PRINTING

To obtain best results use screens 43 threads/cm both for manual printing and automatic.

POLIMERIZATION

To obtain a perfect corrosion put garments still wet in the oven immediately after printing.

To obtain high washing resistance put in the oven at 150-160°C for 2/3 minutes.

The polimerization develops phormaldeyde, for this reason we suggest to wash the garment before  wearing or give this information to final customer.

ADDITIVES

TEXPRINT ADDENSANTE W, Thickening agent (add 0,5-3%)
TEXPRINT RITARDANTE GEL, to slow drying on the screen (add 5%)
TEXPRINT ADDITIVO S, to slow drying on the screen without reducing the viscosity (add 5%)
TEXPRINT NO TACK, To obtain a more opaque and softer touch (add 15-20%).

CLEANING

Wash tools with water.

TEXPRINT DISCHARGE BIANCO

Water based product for textile discharge printing, suitable for cotton dyed with dischargeable pigments.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Soft hand
  • High opacity and brightness 

PREPARATION

Prepare only the quantity needed for daily us:

- Texprint discharge bianco grms. 1.000

- Texprint discharge corrodente grms. 0.060

The mixed paste has a stability of 12 hours. CORRODENTE has to be added always at the last. Dose of CORRODENTE can be increased up to max 10%.
